Cowards Settle For Liking-The Brave Reach For What Hurts !!
Love isn’t about playing it
safe. It’s not about picking and choosing only the sides of someone that fit
neatly into your world. Real love asks for more. It asks us to drop the mask,
break down our walls, and choose something deeper than comfort — it asks us to
go for what hurts, because that's where true connection lives.
Don’t
Just Like - Love Deeply - Even If It Hurts
These days, where digital affection
comes cheap and quick, we often settle for the surface. We "like"
photos, we "like" messages, and sometimes we even think we
"like" people. But liking someone is easy. It doesn’t demand much.
You can like someone and still keep a safe distance. You can like them and
never risk getting hurt. But when it comes to real love, it’s all or nothing.
You either go in with your whole heart, or you’re just wasting time.
Liking is like catching flashes of a movie trailer — exciting, fleeting, and often misleading, making you believe you know the whole story. But love… love is staying for the full feature. It’s witnessing every scene — the breathtaking highs, the quiet lulls, the heart-wrenching lows, and the moments that don’t make sense until much later. It’s choosing each other through the storms, when the script goes off track and nothing feels easy. Love is not just about sparks and smiles — it's about showing up with your whole self, unfiltered and imperfect, and still being embraced completely. It’s not the thrill of the surface, but the depth of being truly known — and still deeply cherished.
Loving someone means you will get hurt
sometimes. There will be misunderstandings, moments of silence, fears, and
doubts. But that’s okay. If you’re never hurting, you’re probably not loving
deeply enough. Pain in love doesn’t mean it’s broken — it means you care enough
for it to matter. It means their absence affects you, their words shake you,
and their touch still leaves marks on your soul.
We grow the most when we allow ourselves
to feel the depth of love — not just the joy but also the tug. The tug of
waiting, of missing, of misunderstanding — it all molds us into better lovers,
better listeners, and better humans. When we shield ourselves from love's
painful side, we also shield ourselves from its most beautiful parts.
When you truly love someone, you accept
the risk that they might break your heart. And yet, you love anyway. That’s
bravery. That’s maturity. You don’t run away when things get uncomfortable. You
don’t disappear when you’re needed the most. You stay, even when it’s hard.
Because the person you love is worth it.
Liking someone is easy and comfortable —
it’s about enjoying the fun and easy moments. But love is deeper. It’s about
sticking around even when things get tough. When you like someone, you mostly
care about feeling happy. But when you love someone, you care about being there
for them no matter what — even if it’s not always easy or fun.
In a love relationship, we often
discover parts of ourselves we never knew existed — our strength, our patience,
our wounds, and our healing. And sometimes, the person we love holds up a
mirror that shows us not just our best, but our worst. That hurts. But it also
helps us grow. Real love doesn’t leave you the same — it transforms you.
So why should we go for what hurts?
Because love that stays only on the surface will eventually fade. But love that
dares to go deeper — into the uncomfortable, the scary, and the emotional —
becomes timeless. It builds a connection that can weather anything, not just
when life is easy, but especially when it’s hard.
If you want something real, something
lasting, don’t just aim to like. Aim to love. Aim to feel. Aim to get your
heart a little bruised. Because every scar will have a story, and those stories
are what make love so raw, so real, and so unforgettable.
Remember,
cowards like — but the brave, the bold, the ones who live fully — they love,
they leap, they get hurt, and they love even more. Don’t be afraid of the pain.
Be afraid of never feeling deeply enough to hurt. Because that kind of emptiness
is worse than any heartbreak…...!!
